INCOMING ORGANIZATION CONSULTANT

As an incoming organization consultant, you will have the opportunity to not only concept, but also develop and execute various AMBIZ services including real assessment, learning, and strategy & transformation projects from various industries in a fast-paced and agile working environment.

What will you do:

  • Getting involved in end-to-end process of online assessment tools construction (literature research, item construction, psychometric analysis, interpretation formula) for various consulting projects
  • Generating relevant insights for client company, mainly through assessment data
  • Formulating data-driven suggestions, talent, and organization development roadmap/curriculum for client company
  • Constructing innovative learning program including gamification learning, coaching, etc.
  • Executing relevant learning program

Requirements to Join:

  • Own a Master’s Degree in Psychology or Business
  • High confidence in assessment tools construction and organization strategy & transformation
  • Comfortable in using Microsoft Excel and SPSS/JASP/Amos
  • Have a customer mindset, critical & conceptual thinking, and learning agility
  • Have a good communication & public speaking skills
  • Professional proficiency in written & spoken English
  • Passionate about creating impact for organizations in Indonesia and beyond
  • Strong growth mindset and gratitude attitude

ORGANIZATION TECHNOLOGIST

As an organization technologist, you will have the opportunity to create impact at scale by turning assessment, recruitment, employer branding, learning, and business strategies into state-of-the-art technologies.

What will you do:

  • End-to-end process in automating infrastructure and developing AMBIZ’s tech-based products.
  • Determining the structure and design of AMBIZ website and ensuring flawless user experience in AMBIZ platform.

Requirements to join:

  • High confidence in PHP with Laravel Framework and MySQL Environment
  • High confidence in HTML, CSS & JS
  • Comfortable and familiar using prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamic
  • Have a customer focused-mindset, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional proficiency in written & spoken English
  • Passionate about creating impact for organizations in Indonesia and beyond.

ASSOCIATE PRODUCT MANAGER

As an associate product manager, you will have the opportunity to design, develop, and manage the company's products or services and make sure that it meets customers’ needs and business objectives.

What will you do:

  • Creating content design for the Platform’s UIX (Web and desktop-app based)
  • Developing and managing the product test plan & product launch process
  • Creating detailed product requirement specifications

Requirements to join:

  • High confidence in product/project management
  • Comfortable and familiar with using Figma
  • Familiar with web technologies
  • Have a customer-focused mindset, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional proficiency in written & spoken English
