The client needed a faster way to distinguish high-potential managers from capable operators. The brief was not to run another classroom program, but to generate structured evidence on ten leadership competencies that could stand up in succession and development discussions.

AMBIZ turned the intervention into a two-day gamified leadership simulation. Stakeholder input, peer review, and a practical task were used to observe how participants made decisions under pressure, not just how well they described leadership in theory.

The portfolio slide shows a top competency score of 2.92 in Business Awareness, strong Day 1 relevance at 42 percent, and a clear gap in Customer Excellence. That combination gave the client enough confidence to move from generic training to individual development plans for 15 future leaders.
