Stage 01
Diagnosing
We agree on the real problem before we touch anything.
Most organisations arrive with a symptom. Productivity is down. Growth is stuck. A merger isn't landing. Our first job is not to take that at face value.
In the first 2-4 weeks, we sit with the people closest to the work not just leadership and ask different questions. Where are decisions getting stuck? What's being measured that doesn't matter? We look at the data, but we also watch the rhythms. How meetings run. What gets escalated. What doesn't.
The output is not a 40-slide diagnosis deck. It's a one-page problem statement that everyone in the room agrees on. Getting there quickly, without politics is one of the most valuable things we do.

What good looks like
Yes, that's it. That's exactly what we've been trying to say.
When the leadership team reads the problem statement and recognises their own situation in it.
