The company behind this program is PT. Alton Anggoro Asnawi, a company established in 2021 with an initiative to support young generations who aspire to be entrepreneurs by providing them the necessities and resources to take off.
Talents would receive hands-on & extensive mentorship by experienced entrepreneur in executing their business ideas and assisted by professional supporting teams, as well as initial funding to kick start the business.
Program campaign & branding, AMBIZ assessment, assessment dashboard for talent & employer, business case submission platform, talent selection & recommendation, talent support & management.
We successfully sourced 100 talents from all over Indonesia to submit their original retail business ideas and finish our Assessment, then be reviewed by our Client to be interviewed to select best candidates.
