General Requirements:

  1. Minimum GPA of 3.25
  2. Bachelor's degree holders with a maximum age of 25 years
  3. Lulusan S2 dengan usia maksimal 28 tahun
  4. Single, never been married, and does not plan to get married during the first year of the Management Trainee Program
  5. Must not have any immediate family members (e.g. parents or sibling or spouse) currently working at PT Danareksa (Persero).
  6. Willing to be relocated across any region in Indonesia as required by the company

Skills-Related Requirements:

  1. Demonstrated academic excellence and active participation in non-academic activities that showcase leadership, teamwork, or initiative.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  3. Able to understand, embody, and implement AKHLAK Core Values (Amanah, Kompeten, Harmonis, Loyal, Adaptif, Kolaboratif) in daily work and conduct.
