We helped Ninja Xpress Indonesia to plan and execute an end-to-end integrated employer branding and recruitment program. The project started from talent sourcing, online assessment, online On the Ground Assessment that consist of practical training, team-based business case, and 1-0-1 in-depth review, to offline interview in the company headquarter. Through these steps, candidates were shortlisted until the hired target was reached, with 10 top talents to be hired by the end of the program.

The company that we partnered with for this project was Ninja Van (Ninja Xpress), a tech-enabled express logistics company providing hassle-free delivery services across Southeast Asia, established in 2014.
Ninja Xpress Indonesia were looking for top young talents to join their Management Trainee program, focusing on Operation, Commercial, and Business Support functions.
Employer brand research, program campaign, AMBIZ assessment, assessment dashboard for talent & employer, business case creation, leaderless group discussion assessment sheet & dashboard, talent selection & recommendation, talent support & management.
We successfully sourced 3500+ talents all over Indonesia to join the recruitment process that includes AMBIZ Assessment, a week-long Online Extensive Leaderless Group Discussion, and offline Panel Interview. At the end of the process, top 10 talents were invited to join the Management Trainee program (all required positions were filled).
