We’re looking for Indonesia’s top young talents to become the next generation of strategic leaders
in the Capital Market Industry. The Business Partner Trainee Program is a fast-track journey
designed to take you from zero to hero in the securities and asset management world. Throughout this
program, you’ll gain the technical knowledge, professional mindset, and leadership foundation needed
to succeed in one of Indonesia’s most dynamic sectors.
Over several months, participants will experience a blend of hands-on training, business
simulations, and real-world rotations across key investment functions. Supported by mentorship from
industry professionals and guided by structured performance reviews, you’ll develop financial
acumen, advisory confidence, and strategic thinking. By the end of the program, you’ll be ready to
become a Business Partner; a trusted financial advisor who leads with integrity, insight, and
impact.

A recent graduate

25 or below (Bachelor’s) / 28 or below (Master’s)
with less than 2 years of work experience.
From any major or university
