Eligibility Requirements

The program is open to individuals who meet the following criteria

Educational Background

  1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or related fields
  2. Fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.

Work Experience (for experienced applicants)

  1. Prior experience in roles such as:
    • Business Development
    • Account Executive
    • Sales Executive
    • Client Relationship Manager
  2. Fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.

Age

  1. Maximum age of 25 years for fresh graduates or 27 years for candidates with work experience.

Personality and Traits

  1. Passionate about sales and achieving measurable goals.
  2. Resilient, with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset.
  3. Adaptable to dynamic business environments.
  4. Strong commitment to learning and professional development.

Other Requirements

  1. Willingness to be placed in different regions across Indonesia.
  2. Open to rotational assignments across various departments.
  3. No restrictions on working with ICT products or services.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Participation in sales-related internships, projects, or extracurricular activities.
  2. Demonstrated interest in the ICT industry and technological solutions.
  3. A track record of meeting or exceeding targets in previous roles or projects.
